Boil the milk, cream, vanilla extract and HERSHEY'S Chocolate Flavored SYRUP together.
Once it has boiled, take it off the heat and add gelatin.
Wait for the mixture to cool.
In a glass, place sabudana at the bottom and pour the gelatin mix on top.
Add a layer of HERSHEY'S Chocolate Flavored SYRUP over this.
