Luscious caramel, cocoa with almond and banana come together in a scrumptious muffin! Put on your apron and try the Caramel Muffin Recipe by HERSHEY'S today!
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees for 10 minutes and line a muffin tray with paper liners.
In a large bowl combine the flour, sugar, & baking powder.
In another bowl, combine the mashed bananas, eggs, melted butter, milk, and vanilla, with a rubber spatula or wooden spoon.
Lightly fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients just until combined and the batter is thick. Do not over mix the batter.
In a separate bowl mix the HERSHEY'S SYRUP Indulgent Caramel Flavor and the HERSHEY'S SPREADS Cocoa with Almond.
Spoon the batter into prepared muffin tins/cups.
Bake for about 20 – 25 minutes.
Place on a wire rack to cool for 5 minutes before removing muffins from the tin.
Tip: Slice extra banana into rounds to garnish the muffins and drizzle the caramel over the cooled muffins.
