Cut & core the pear into thin slices.
Drizzle HERSHEY'S Caramel Flavored SYRUP over it.
Bake in a preheated oven with a drizzle of HERSHEY'S Caramel Flavored SYRUP until soft.
Once done, cut the croissant lengthwise and spread a dollop of hung curd on one half.
Place pear slices over the curd and add some walnuts.
Sprinkle black pepper, chilli flakes and salt over it.
Drizzle some more HERSHEY'S Caramel Flavored SYRUP, place the other halve over it and serve!
