Take a pan, heat ghee over a low flame and roast the makhana (fox nuts).

For strawberry jelly, add beetroot juice, HERSHEY'S Strawberry Flavored SYRUP and agar agar to a bowl and mix it well.

Heat the mixture till it boils vigorously for a minute.

Pour the complete mixture into a jelly tray and refrigerate it for 15-20 minutes.

For The  caramel jelly, take condensed milk in a bowl and add HERSHEY'S Caramel Flavored SYRUP. Add salt, agar agar and mix well. Heat the mixture again till it boils for a minute.

Pour this mixture into a jelly tray and refrigerate the mixture to set it completely.

For chocolate jelly, mix milk, HERSHEY'S Chocolate Flavored SYRUP, agar agar and mix well.

Heat the mixture and refrigerate it for 15-20 minutes.

Once all the flavored jellies are ready, demould them and cut them into small cubes.

Take a box or container with a lid and add the makhana, along with the nuts. Season with salt and toss well.

Add cubes of strawberry, caramel and chocolate jelly in oil and add fox nuts and toss to combine.

Your makhana jelly bhel is ready to serve.
