In a saucepan over medium heat, add water and sugar and bring to a boil.
In a mixing bowl, beat the egg yolks on high speed until they turn thick, foamy and cream colored.
Gradually stir in the sugar water mixture and continue to beat. Gradually add in HERSHEY'S SYRUP Delicious Strawberry Flavor, followed by the vanilla extract.
Add in whipped cream and fold well. Do not overmix.
Take a slide of the premade chocolate cake and pipe a layer of the strawberry cream mixture. Add another layer and repeat the process until you have 4 layers. Cover the whole cake with the strawberry cream. Set to chill
For the royal glaze - with a saucepan on medium heat, add in the water, followed by HERSHEY'S COCOA Natural Unsweetened, sugar and gelatine. Allow to cool.
Pour this over the cake. Cut the cake into 2 - 3 equal slices and serve.

Serve cold, and garnish with fresh strawberries
