Cheesecakes like these don't belong to this planet. Health and taste galore; made from delectable HERSHEY'S SYRUP.
Melt the butter in a pan till it browns. In a bowl, crush the biscuits and mix them with the melted and browned butter.
For the bottle gourd (dudhi) layer, take grated dudhi and squeeze it so that excess water is drained.
In a pan, add HERSHEY'S Strawberry Flavored SYRUP along with a little water, and cook for a minute.
Add thickly grated dudhi in it and cook it for a few minutes over low flame. Remove it from the flame and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
For the cheesecake caramel layer, beat the hung curd in a bowl and add HERSHEY'S Caramel Flavored SYRUP. Fold in the whipped cream and mix well.
Pour this mixture into a piping bag.
Take a mason jar and start with a layer of the biscuit crumble at the bottom.
Add a layer of the caramel curd mixture, followed by a spoon of dudhi strawberry mixture.
Again repeat the process, add a layer of hung curd on the dudhi mixture and then, add a spoon of dudhi mixture.
Serve with mint leaves as garnish.
