Enriched with the goodness of dry fruits, dates and of course our HERSHEY'S products, you can give your regular lollipops a healthy twist, while maintaining their richness and texture.

Equipment Needed

Chop the nuts and keep aside.

Place a saucepan on the stove, add water and bring it to a boil

Add the chopped dates and cook until mushy.

Add the chopped nuts and cook for a few minutes.

Add the oats and cook till the oats absorb the moisture and combine well.

Add butter, and mix until you achieve a stiff consistency.

Allow the mixture to cool and divide into two equal portions.

For the coconut caramel lollipops - In one mixing bowl, add HERSHEY'S Caramel Flavored SYRUP, followed by the desiccated coconut for the Coconut caramel.

For the double chocolate lollipops - add HERSHEY'S COCOA Natural Unsweetened and HERSHEY'S Chocolate Flavored SYRUP.

Mix the individual doughs to combine the ingredients. Divide and roll into bite-size lollipop balls.

Poke a lollipop stick into the balls, and roll it in colored confetti, or any topping of your choice

Tip:

You can store this  mixture for 3-5 days in the fridge in an airtight container.
